DJ Giuseppe is the founder, owner, and manager of Parvati Records, the iconic twisted and forest Psytrance label established in Denmark in 2000. Since its inception, Giuseppe and Parvati Records have been a constant presence in the global Psytrance community. With over 100 releases and a roster of 36 producers and DJs from around the world, the label continues to shape the scene.
In the early 90s, Giuseppe discovered psychedelic music during his travels to Goa, which deeply inspired him. Determined to share this sound, he brought it back to Europe, encouraging artists to record their tracks in studios and raising the production quality to a new standard. This pivotal move not only introduced the Goa sound to a wider audience but also played a crucial role in the professionalization of the Psytrance genre.
For many winters now, Giuseppe has been based in Goa, becoming one of its most beloved resident DJs. Here, he has built a vast network within the global trance community. His music and the label have taken him across the world – from small, intimate gatherings to the largest festivals across more than 50 countries on five continents.
Giuseppe’s DJ sets are renowned for their diversity and adaptability. He has an extraordinary ability to read and respond to the vibe of any dancefloor, crafting unique experiences every time. His music collection is one of the richest and most complete in the Psytrance scene, solidifying his reputation as one of the most sought-after DJs worldwide.
Since 2012, Giuseppe has also lent his expertise as a Stage Manager for renowned festivals such as OZORA, Modem, 7 Chakras, Atman, and Free Earth Festival. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, Giuseppe’s passion and dedication make him a cornerstone of the Psytrance community.
